Kuala Lumpur, 13 February 2017: Quality, Accessibility, Affordability and Ease of Communication – those are the standards that Malaysian Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) has set in turning Malaysia into the most preferred medical tourism destination in Asia.

Keeping in line with these standards, MHTC today launched its Share My Love campaign, which carries the same essence of their ongoing ‘Malaysia Loves You’ campaign.

“The new theme reflects the very fundamentals of Malaysian Hospitality which are love, care, compassion and warmth.

“It aims to carry our message further, that Malaysians are friendly as we extend our love and hospitality for everyone to embrace,” said MHTC Chief Executive Officer Sherene Azli in a press conference at the launch here today.

Sherene said the campaign, which kicked off last year, would help attract more people to come and experience top-notch quality medical services that Malaysia is offering.

Emphasizing on the theme, she said that this year’s campaign is in collaboration with seven imminent local artists of which had produced symbolic paintings to represent the theme.

These unique work of art were chosen as a medium to inspire a wide continuum of human emotions.

“It is a form of therapy that helps people in various ways. It has the capacity to ease and soothe our mind when life gets a little bit challenging.

“These artworks were produced by carefully selected artists who were each assigned a color from the rainbow and strived to weave unique messages into their work,” she added.
